Senior Compliance Officer - Éthique & Conduct (F/H)

Within the central Compliance department, you join the Regulatory conduct team in charge of monitoring, strengthening and respecting ethical arrangements (external interests, personal transactions, gifts and invitations). 

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Supervise and supervise the system of professional ethics, the allocation of professional cards and other ethical statuses;
• Provide analyses on this system in response to business requests, other compliance officers or control/audit functions; you may have to manage relations with the regulators on this scope;
• Manage and assess risks on the device;
• Review employee requests and declarations and accompany employees through regular training sessions;  
• Perform controls on the application of regulations and the implementation of internal procedures;
• Update internal and regulatory reporting.

As a Regulatory Conduct Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for updating and supervising the employee ethics policy in conjunction with other team members. You will also help to animate the compliance community in relation to the conduct and ethics of employees (internal governance animation).

You also participate in the main current projects impacting the team and work closely with other teams internationally, especially the Ethics teams based in Porto.
