Area Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Jaipur - Golden Leaf - JM

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets for secured business loans.

Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financing needs and providing suitable secured loan solutions.

Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.

Monitor loan application pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.

Provide training and support to junior sales staff or loan officers.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and credit standards.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure excellent service.

Participate in marketing events and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.

2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in secured business loans or commercial lending.

Strong understanding of secured loan products, risk assessment, and lending procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.

Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
