The Clerical Officer, Customer Engagement, Fees & Audit manages customers (parents) and stakeholder communications and/or provides administrative support for fees collection and audit. The role involves ensuring accurate information flow, data compliance, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and coordination with Centres and management for fee reconciliation and reporting.
Job Description:
Customer Engagement
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels;
- Provide information and assess customer needs.
- Escalate queries and concerns to stakeholders within timelines.
- Ensure accuracy in verbal and written communication with internal teams.
- Achieve service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
- Report issues to supervisors or team members as needed.
- Track and collate data for reporting.
Fees Collection Support
- Collaborate with Centre Leaders on fees reconciliation.
- Support in audit investigations
- Support in write-off request submissions.
- Generate monthly reports for management and Centres.
- Track and collate data for reporting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Adhere to schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate and participate in projects, initiatives, and other tasks as assigned.
- Cover partner duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification and above
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
- Experience managing shared mailboxes, working in contact centres or the early childhood sector is preferred.
