Sales Development Representative (Staffing / Offshoring background is a MUST!)

The Opportunity

Atticus Advisory Solutions, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying potential clients, primarily in the staffing and offshoring industries. Your strategic outreach and consultative approach will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and target new prospective clients in the staffing and offshoring sectors
• Engage in personalized outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions, to nurture relationships and uncover customer needs
• Qualify leads and facilitate the sales process, working closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into closed deals
• Maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings and value proposition to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to generate and nurture leads
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Provide valuable feedback and insights to help improve our sales strategies and processes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the staffing or offshoring industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence decision-makers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools i.e., HubSpot
• Enthusiasm for the sales process and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
