Reporting into the Senior Director – Cranial and Spinal Technologies, the Senior Regional Sales Manager will lead, drive and empower the team to success. Your natural ability to connect and communicate will build, demonstrate expertise and maintain strong and ethical business relationships with customers to encourage usage of our products, drive sales revenue and market share targets for Queensland and New South Wales.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales leaders, sales teams and sales agent across New South Wales and Queensland to achieve established sales targets.
- Develops and/or implements business strategies for existing and potential accounts.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for an assigned region.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs.
- Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share.
- Assesses need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis, and implements strategies.
- Coaches sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
Required Knowledge And Experience:
Bachelor’S Degree
- Proven people management or coaching experience preferably with establishing and motivating a sales team
- Solid knowledge of Business Planning
- Expert understanding of internal workings of hospitals labs/ theatres / departments / key influencers and tender process
- Strong strategic focus and ability to identify business priorities
