Are you a cheese lover and ready to lead the charge in shaping the future of some of Australia’s household cheese brands?

It’s an exciting time to join our dynamic Commercial Marketing team at Saputo Dairy Australia (SDA) and play a pivotal role in driving profitability and brand growth! As the Brand Manager of our Masterbrands within the Everyday Cheese category, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of our brand plans on Devondale, Liddells and Great Ocean Road. We have some big plans ahead, so this is a great to join us and make a real impact!

You will be the primary point of contact for all brand-related activities within your portfolio, both internally and externally. You’ll work closely with the broader commercial and brand teams to ensure seamless in-market execution, while also measuring performance, tracking results, and driving continuous improvement, efficiency and investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross functional strategic planning and execution within your portfolio through building and landing innovation plans, ATL/BTL/digital campaigns, price positioning, and portfolio mix.
  • Collaborate with brand, sales, and category teams to deliver best-in-class, commercially strategic brand experiences
  • Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and drive ROI
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform innovations
  • Build strong internal and external partnerships to elevate our market presence

What You’Ll Bring:

  • Tertiary and or Postgraduate qualifications in Commerce or Marketing
  •  3–5+ years in FMCG marketing experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and budgets, and a data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and brand building
  • Skilled at turning business insights into data-driven strategies for growth
  • Proactive and agile, ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative to drive results cross functionally
  • Knowledge/foundation of Ehrenberg-Bass principles of marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to relevant audiences both internal and external

We offer hybrid working arrangements with 3 days a week in the office at Freshwater Place, Southbank and 2 days at home.
