• Support the team in identifying growth opportunities across commercial, operations, and product functions.
• Assist in implementing & developing category management initiatives & strategies to improve sales performance.
• Collect and analyze internal and external data to generate insights on consumer behavior.
• Provide input and observations to improve category management.
• Work closely with the Category Manager on marketing campaigns, promotions, and business planning activities.
• Monitor performance of assigned categories and highlight potential areas for growth.
• Help in improving forecast accuracy by tracking sales results and market movements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
