Purpose
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Europe TA Team and support recruitment processes across the Europe. We are looking for someone who will a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for the IDEMIA Secure Transactions (IST) Division.
Reporting to Talent Acquisition Lead of the IST Division, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver seamless candidate experience, expertise in recruitment and dedication to excellence will ensure we bring the right talent to our team.
Key Missions
Your Mission:
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing (via LinkedIn Recruiter), screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Stay informed on industry trends across SSC, production, business, and IT sectors to attract top talent.
- Develop sourcing strategies, create and execute innovative approaches to candidate sourcing using social media, European job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Provide regular updates on hiring status, market insights, and challenges using Excel and PowerPoint during sync meetings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and local HR teams, while nurturing candidate relationships to develop strong talent pipelines.
- Lead discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on tailored recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey through consistent communication and timely feedback.
- Use ATS systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and analytics to monitor and improve recruitment performance.
- Apply best practices in talent acquisition while adhering to company policies (e.g., referral programs) and country-specific employment laws.
- Champion the organization’s culture and values through initiatives like the TA Newsletter, I>refer program, Career Week, DEI campaigns, and internal/external events.
To succeed in this position, you will need the following:
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in an international environment with roles both IT and business oriented.
- Fluent English and Polish is a must have, French language would be an asset.
- Education in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field Is preferable.
- Proven ability to source and hire top technical and non-technical talent (Boolean, X-ray search).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems (preferably SAP Success Factor), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Good command in MS Office: mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with employment laws and the best practices in recruitment.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (transparent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills), with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, what includes good organizational skills.
This role is located in Łódź, Poland with hybrid model of working. We propose cooperation based on employment agreement, a fixed term for 24 months.
