Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our client’s key retail locations in Cincinnati, OH. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a deep understanding of customer service and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, maximizing profitability, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and merchandising
• Manage, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and customer service standards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently
• Prepare sales reports, manage scheduling, and coordinate with corporate leadership
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role in a retail environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales reporting
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
• Competitive salary: $54,000 – $59,000 per year
