We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring concepts to life and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Assist in developing marketing materials and presentations
• Support internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Maintain organized records of projects, assets, and performance data
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure campaign needs are met
• Assist with event planning, brand launches, and marketing logistics

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRMs, project management platforms, and email marketing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design knowledge is a plus
