Job Summary:

Are you passionate about web development? We have a great opportunity for a web developer who can create, customize and maintain the website's design and User Interface of the Supermicro website. In this role, you will have opportunity to edit and control the content which is being displayed on the website and continue to update with the emerging technologies and trends.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Lead the UI/UX design of BMC Web, ensuring efficient and high-quality design deliverables.
2. Explore and propose design solutions aligned with team strategies and goals to optimize product experience.
3. Collaborate with PMs and developers through wireframes, UI flows, and prototypes to drive product development.
4. Define design guidelines and maintain a Design System to ensure interface consistency and predictability.
5. Work closely with the engineering team to resolve design-related issues and deliver mockups with detailed specifications.
6. Build and maintain a UI component library to improve design and development workflow efficiency.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging UI/UX technologies, aligning them with the product and brand visual style.

Qualifications:

Requirements

1. Proficiency in Figma (including commonly used plugins), Zeplin, and other design tools.
2. Solid understanding of the UI/UX design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
3. Strong expertise in responsive web design (RWD).
4. Ability to identify and solve problems proactively, with a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and effective time management.

Nice-To-Have

1. Experience with Adobe XD.
2. Participation in 3 or more UI/UX projects, including those involving Design Systems.
3. Ability to lead and drive product/feature design processes independently.
4. Familiarity with Git collaboration workflows to work effectively with developers.
