The Brand Team at Zefir is dedicated to crafting impactful and innovative content that captures attention and drives engagement. Our goal is to establish Zefir as the most memorable brand in the real estate sector by leveraging cutting-edge advertising strategies across digital platforms.

This Isn’T A Content Role. It’S Advertising.

You’ll join my Brand Team as our go-to Ad Creator. Think campaigns, not posts. Think insights, not trends. You’ll be responsible for crafting bold, scroll-stopping videos and formats that get people to feel, think—and convert.

We’re looking for someone who gets excited about IKEA’s latest Veo 3 campaign, then immediately wants to create their own version—with better hooks. You’ll have a dedicated budget, creative freedom, and the opportunity to shape one of the most ambitious real estate brands in Europe.

What You’Ll Do

• Create powerful ads for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, and display formats.
• Think strategically: concepts, angles, psychology, and performance go hand in hand.
• Shoot native content using smartphones, cameras, or AI tools like Veo 3, Runway, or Midjourney.
• Edit at speed: deliver punchy, emotionally resonant videos in platform-native formats.
• Test and optimize: run experiments, track what works, and iterate relentlessly.
• Spot what’s next: stay sharp on advertising trends, audience behavior, and visual culture.
• Own your roadmap: keep a clear, organized content testing pipeline and build on learnings.
• Experience creating digital advertising (agency, freelance, or brand side).

What We’Re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of social platforms and what performs on each.
• Mastery of tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects—or a solid equivalent stack.
• A real sense of visual taste and storytelling.
• You’re not afraid to shoot, edit, and optimize fast.
• Curious about (or already using) AI tools to push creative boundaries.
• You want impact, not endless approvals.
