The key focus for the Recruitment Relationship Manager is to lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs.
This is a key role that requires a strategic, engaging, influential and organized recruitment professional to deliver best in class RPO service to our partner. You will also assist in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.
Aside from building strong ties and working relationships with our key stakeholders, you will also be executing sourcing strategies, and providing insights focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
- Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
- Communicating recruitment trends, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.
- Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment activity of designated business areas for accurate volume forecasting.
- Coaching candidates on how to prepare for selection stages.
- Providing professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practices.
- Utilizing specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of pre-qualified talent pools in collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist.
Qualifications
- Solid experience with proven track record in end-to-end recruitment within in-house, RPO, agency/headhunter, corporate recruiting (or mix), preferably with a global organization.
- Experience in or knowledge of Financial Services/Insurance/Banking sectors is highly advantageous
- Open to agency background if you are keen to explore or making a transition into RPO/inhouse TA environment; or coming from competitors.
- Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles.
- Successful experience to perform and manage multiple high-level defined searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time.
- Skilled at developing and delivering end-to-end talent attraction strategies, owning strong candidate relationships and network, to meet client requirements. Experience of using various recruitment technology and recruitment databases. High-volume experience, and working to and achieving demanding targets and strict timeframes.
- Ability to act autonomously on a standalone basis, and working collaboratively in a vibrant team
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and stakeholders, and ability to drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a confident communicator who will proactively engage with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Passionate, people-driven, and always striving for astounding stakeholder engagement and relationships
- Confident communicator with a persuasive and credible personal style
- Agility to a fast-paced setting, and highly solutions-minded.
- Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
