Accounts Payable Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:Review and verify supplier invoices against POs and delivery notes (3-way matching).Record and post journal entries for suppliers.Review ETA portal on a daily basis.Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.Review supplier and contractor invoices to ensure accurate tax treatment (VAT, WHT).Prepare monthly accruals and prepaid entries.

Qualifications & Requirements:-

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and prioritization skills.
• Preferably experienced with Oracle NetSuite.
