We’re on the hunt for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist (CSR) with a knack for multitasking, a love for client interactions, and the ability to keep calm, cool, and collected even when the phones are ringing off the hook. If you’ve got the skills and energy to keep up with a hospital that’s always moving — this is the place for you!

What You’Ll Do:

• Be the friendly, professional first impression for our clients and their pets.
• Manage phones, schedules, and client communication like a pro.
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Guide clients through check-ins, payments, and product recommendations.
• Share your knowledge about pet care essentials (like flea & tick prevention or heartworm meds).
• Keep things organized — from medical records to keeping our hospital looking its best.
• Fast-paced, dynamic work environment — never a boring day!
• Work with a team that’s dedicated, supportive, and passionate about pets.
