Join our dynamic Data Science and GenAI team as a Generative AI Engineer. You will help build internal GenAI applications that support employees, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong development skills and a keen interest in applying generative AI to practical business challenges.
What will you be doing?
- Developing AI-powered applications, using LLMs and cloud services
- Working with internal platforms and APIs to integrate GenAI capabilities
- Contributing to MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for GenAI applications
- Monitoring and optimizing model performance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.
- Collaborating with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
What we’re looking for?
Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience as a software developer with advanced proficiency in Python
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices
- Excellent technical task management skills.
- Ability to plan and execute business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding and practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies.
- Experience with web frameworks (Django, etc.)
- Experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG pipelines)
- Awareness of security and compliance in enterprise environments
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
