Join our dynamic Data Science and GenAI team as a Generative AI Engineer. You will help build internal GenAI applications that support employees, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong development skills and a keen interest in applying generative AI to practical business challenges.

What will you be doing?

• Developing AI-powered applications, using LLMs and cloud services
• Working with internal platforms and APIs to integrate GenAI capabilities
• Contributing to MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for GenAI applications
• Monitoring and optimizing model performance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborating with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What we’re looking for?

Must Have:

• 1-3 years of experience as a software developer with advanced proficiency in Python
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices
• Excellent technical task management skills.
• Ability to plan and execute business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding and practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies.
• Experience with web frameworks (Django, etc.)
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG pipelines)
• Awareness of security and compliance in enterprise environments
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
