AlphaGraphics Knox Street | Park Cities | North Dallas is a locally owned and operated visual communications company servicing clients of all shapes and sizes. AlphaGraphics offers printing, signs, fulfillment, design, marketing services, and mailing solutions to our customers. We are customer-focused, and deadline driven. Our work environment is fast-paced and team oriented. AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative. Working in this position you will be responsible for greeting all walk-in clients and working directly with them to accomplish their goals and objectives, responding to client emails, generating estimates and job tickets, answering the phone and routing calls, as well as contacting clients when orders are ready for pickup. Although these are the primary responsibilities for this position, you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.   What are we looking for?

• PrintSmith or similar print/signs MIS experience helpful

Daily duties include:

• Answering and routing phone calls
• Responding to clients via phone and email
• Estimating jobs for clients
• Working with clients at the front counter
• Assisting clients with paper, binding, and finishing options
• Working with other employees/managers to ensure accurate pricing and customer satisfaction
