And more! As the Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with the Sales Team and Sales & Marketing Manager on a wide variety of administrative, creative and support responsibilities. This role is critical to ensure the sales team is positioned to be successful and the marketing efforts are working effectively to grow the SERVPRO Brand and generate New Revenue. Key Responsibilities Sales Team Support:

• Salesforce Database Management, Training, and Technical Support
• Create Sales Print/Digital Collateral and Sales Presentations
• Research New Lead Sources
• Key Accounts Target Lists & Research
• Lead Source Research

Marketing Support:

• Manage SEM Campaigns with SERVPRO Vendor
• Referral Source Follow-up
• Social Media Management
• Content Design using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for Digital & Print Materials 
• SERVPRO Brand Continuity
• Research of new marketing opportunities (Sponsorship and Community Outreach Programs)

Online Response and Reputation Management:

• Online Review Monitoring & Responses
• Monitor and respond to Yelp service requests

Event Coordination:

• Coordinate marketing events (concerts, trade shows, golf tournaments)
• Support & Coordinate Continuing Education Classes

Position Requirements

• 1-year sales and marketing support
• 1 year SEM Marketing Campaigns
• Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communications skills
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
• Two years of customer service, coordinator or support position preferred

Formal Education/Training

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This job requires the ability to lift files, bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
