We’re looking for a Water Mitigation Production Manager to support our water mitigation team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Coordinators to schedule jobs, coach field crews, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be directly involved in supporting technicians, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.
What the Job Looks Like – Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Project Coordinators to schedule and assign daily jobs
- Support in-house crews by providing direction, troubleshooting, and on-the-job coaching
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and industry guidelines
- Monitor project progress, documentation, and equipment setup to keep jobs on track
- Provide feedback and mentoring to technicians to build skill and confidence
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve challenges and keep workflows smooth
- Step in on jobs when needed to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Must be able to pass a background check (going back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
- Must have an active Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for past 5 years
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (restoration, construction, or similar)
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator who can bridge between coordinators, customers, and crews
- Hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to jump in and support the team
- Reliable and adaptable in fast-moving situations
- Safety-focused and committed to doing quality work right the first time
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50- 70lbs as needed
- Wear respirator and other safety gear when job conditions warrant
- Access crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas on occasion
- Work may involve standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods

Compensation: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
