We are looking for energetic candidates whose resumes reflect the demonstrated ability to drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, or expanding customer relationships; and who can provide specific examples of sales strategies or initiatives that can directly impact our organization's success.

As a Fitness Sales Associate at Stretch Zone North Beach, you'll possess prior experience in business-to-consumer sales (not retail/apparel sales). You're driven by uncapped commissions, building meaningful relationships, and having a positive, supportive work environment.

About Us: Stretch Zone North Beach is Miami Beach’s premier assisted stretching studio. We are dedicated to helping clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being through one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions. Our clients range from athletes to busy professionals seeking to enhance their performance and reduce discomfort. What You’ll Do:

• Drive membership sales inside and outside of the studio.
• Engage with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our practitioner-assisted stretching services.
• Call leads to book their initial appointments.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored stretching memberships.
• Drive studio revenue by meeting and exceeding sales goals through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and in-studio consultations.
• Collaborate with our team of stretch practitioners to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Call leads to schedule first-time appointments.
• Perform lead generation activities, including attending off-site events and engaging with the community.
• Provide excellent customer service by warmly greeting everyone who comes through the door, answering the phones, providing scheduling assistance, and addressing any member concerns. 
• Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, delivering prompt and professional client relations, and consistently following up with current members and prospective clients.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging the purchase of extra stretch sessions, and actively developing your sales skills. 
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• B2C sales experience (not retail) and a passion for helping others and a self-motivated attitude are essential.
• A strong closing history with a proven ability to hit or exceed targets.
• Interest in wellness, fitness, or health-related fields is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
