ADP is hiring a -Product/Workstream- Implementation Consultant.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

- At least 2 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment
- At least 1 year of experience working in -domain/workstream-
- You communicate effectively, both verbal and written

- You can recognize basic procedural issues as they arise during the implementation process, and escalate to the appropriate level
- You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new implementation situation
- You're proficient in the latest web technologies with working knowledge of various operating system
- You have excellent analytical and time management skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, FinancialForce, -other relevant system
- You have highly-recognized professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, FPC, aPH
