HealthCare Recruiter

NexCare Urgent Care, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and help us build a world-class staff for our growing network of urgent care centers nationwide. This is a crucial role responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring a variety of clinical and administrative professionals who provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for urgent care roles, including clinical leadership, radiology technicians, medical assistants and administrative staff.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with clinical managers and executive leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and a strong network of potential hires.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Extend and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Location

This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of remote and in-office work.  Our office is located in Tempe off Baseline Rd. and the101. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare, urgent care, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
