What To Expect:

 A corporate instructor is responsible for delivering the full suite of United Airlines/ (Other Airline (OAL) curricula as applicable) and UGE training materials, including Ramp Initial, Lead Ramp Initial as well as other skills and initiatives required by United Airlines and its business partners to meet service level agreements. 

How you will make an impact:

  • Managing a fully booked class schedule week over week
  • Delivering virtual and/or in person training curricula
  • Delivering timely, professional correspondence with students and peers
  • Completing session close out, logistics, and expense reporting
  • Supporting station start-ups, transitions and special projects
  • Other management and administrative tasks as assigned

What You Will Bring:

Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of airport operations experience 
  • Experience in a leadership role at a station level (such as UGE Local Ramp Instructor, RGOM level 1, Qualified Instructor, Lead Agent, GM, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to execute deliverables on time
  • A focus on organization and record-keeping
  • Attention to detail and capability to complete initiatives
  • Facilitate classroom instruction in an in-person and virtual environment
  • Interest in applying creative and critical thinking to projects and challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be located near a station that connects to a minimum of 2 United Hubs
  • Travel up to 100%

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience teaching in a classroom environment or otherwise transmitting knowledge to audience's various mediums

Total Rewards:

  • Base Salary range: $52,000-$65,000 (L6) annually
  • Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
