Summary
CSA Trainers will be responsible for the training of existing Customer Service Advisors (CSA’s) and Parking Lot CSA’s (PCSA’s), development of new CSA’s/PCSA’s and ensuring that JTSS processes are adhered to in each store within their area. This will be achieved by conducting in-classroom and in-store training sessions for groups of CSA’s/PCSA’s and by focusing on underperforming stores in their markets through store visits and coaching. Their day-to-day supervision, scheduling and development will be through a dotted line reporting to the Training Team. This role will also have ongoing responsibility for the KPI results of the stores and their students' post-training.
Responsibilities
- Consistently conduct and administer the training curriculum developed in partnership with Operations and the Training Team.
- Train, develop and lead CSA’s in the planning and execution of operational goals and objectives at multiple sites.
- Management and tracking of KPI’s and the drive to make significant change to the way stores operate.
- Track store KPI’s to show effectiveness of the training and development of CSA’s/PCSA’s.
- Make regular visits to stores in their market (must account for time every day you are working).
- Reinforce the high level of customer service required at every store within the Market.
- Advise Store Managers on progress and development needs for CSA’s/PCSA’s
- As a secondary role, CSA Trainers will be a driver for Quality Control while in stores as well as the Fleet Focal Point for the stores they work with.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements And Skills:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- Great customer affinity with minimum 3 years' experience in customer service and training others.
- Sales-oriented with a proven track record of driving profitability through growth of top-line sales.
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Computer fluency required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Leadership and decision-making ability
- Excellent problem solving and customer services skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions
- Ability to travel to other stores (frequently) and markets (infrequently) as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations.
- Local candidate preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to achieve desired outcome.
- Be able to bend, stoop, reach, crawl and climb stairs.
- Sitting and standing for up to 8-10 hours per day
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in variable weather conditions.
