We currently have an opening for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our Idaho Falls clinic. You will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment programs that focus on restoring function, alleviating pain, and empowering patients to return to the activities they love.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Educate patients on functional tasks, exercises, and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document care using a state-of-the-art EMR system
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state
