About The Role:
Reporting to Senior Leadership, you’ll take full responsibility for all operational and people management aspects of our flagship London salon. This includes overseeing day-to-day performance, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll always be hands-on, working alongside the team to support and deliver treatments, coaching staff, and developing their skills. You will lead recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the salon team, ensuring every team member is confident, capable, and performing at their best. You’ll manage scheduling, stock, compliance, and operational efficiency, stepping in wherever needed to maintain high standards and a seamless salon experience.
What You’Ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop the salon manager and team to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Drive commercial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and health & safety standards.
- Support future salon openings, helping to establish operational readiness and consistent brand standards.
- Work hands-on with the team, delivering treatments and providing support wherever needed.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in salon management, hospitality, or beauty/wellness operations.
- NVQ Level 2 in Nail Technology or equivalent.
- Commercially astute with P&L experience.
- A confident communicator with high emotional intelligence.
- Hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to step in and work alongside the team.
- Passionate about team development, engagement, and building strong succession pipelines.

Working Pattern:
- 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.
- Flexibility for evening or weekend shifts to support business needs.
- Minimum of 8 hours per week delivering treatments to stay connected with the team.
