Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Product Brand Marketing Manager to drive the development, launch, and lifecycle support of professional-grade skincare products. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on cross-functional coordination, deadline-driven execution, and deep understanding of the needs of skincare professionals. You will manage key projects that include the end-to-end go-to-market (concept to launch) process, ensuring that new and existing products are delivered to market on time, with consistency, clarity, and commercial impact.
This reports to VP of Global Marketing and will work from our Burbank, CA HQ.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project management for all product launches, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Develop and manage detailed marketing launch timeline, including critical path tracking for product, creative, education, and sales milestones.
- Act as the central point of contact between Product Development, Regulatory, Packaging, Sales, Creative, and Education teams.
- Drive launch support materials project asset management across departments and ensure stakeholders are aligned from pre-launch through post-launch timelines and content.
- Ensure all marketing materials support the needs of skincare professionals, including treatment protocols, educational tools, and in-clinic support through POP display and visual merchandising support.
- Collaborate closely with the Education team to develop product marketing is consistent with education materials and training content including usage guides, comparison charts and launch content tailored to professionals.
- Work with copywriter, regulatory and VP of marketing in the coordination and development of product-related assets: packaging copy, claims language, clinical studies and core messaging.
- Manage creative briefing processes and timelines to ensure all launch and marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure messaging is scientifically sound, compliant, and resonates with both professionals and consumers.
- Oversee promotions and support focuses for seasonal campaigns and promotions, merchandising updates, PR collateral and other marketing material support as needed for B2B2C sell through support.
- Track product launch performance, coordinating with sales, operations, and marketing teams to make data / sales informed adjustments.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing or brand management, ideally within professional skincare, beauty, or health & wellness.
- Proven success in launching products on time in a structured, cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of professional skincare markets and the needs of estheticians, dermatologists, and med-spas.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, track timelines, and drive operational efficiency across teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-through skills.
- Familiarity with clinical claims, regulatory requirements, and professional education content a plus.
- Highly organized and process-driven with a bias for action.
- Project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet as well as Microsoft office)
- Experience cross functional collaborating with Education, Sales, Regulatory, and Operations t team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deadline driven + ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Consistently staying up to date on marketing, product/ingredient and packaging trends and technologies.

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $95,000.00 and $110,000.00 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
