We are currently searching for a Associate Principal – BFS Data Analysis & Wealth Management:

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business and data analysis activities within the Wealth Management cluster.
• Design and execute comprehensive data analysis strategies to enhance portfolio management outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
• Leverage advanced analytical tools and methodologies to interpret market trends and client portfolio data.
• Provide expert insights and actionable recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance in all wealth management analytics and reporting activities.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, enhancing the team’s overall analytical capabilities.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and insights effectively to diverse audiences.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions for data analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in data management.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in BFS data analysis and wealth management.
• Strong background in portfolio management and financial data analysis.
• Expertise in advanced analytics tools and methodologies for wealth management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead data-driven strategies and projects.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks within BFS and Wealth Management.
• Mentorship experience, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to executive stakeholders.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
