As a Client Solutions Architect Manager in J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments- ISV Independent Software Vendor, you are an integral part of a team that innovates and supports the sales process for the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized.
Drive success of Embedded Payments solutions for our ISV software partners through solution planning, end to end performance monitoring and cross functional collaboration across Healthcare Payments
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the solutioning and provide tailored project charters to assigned clients, taking into account the complexity, technology stack, client objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Exhibits a consultative approach with clients and works to deeply understand current to future state with product implementation experience
- Serves as a subject matter expert on healthcare ISV products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
- Focused on organization in fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects/deliverables simultaneously
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners in Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations and Product Management
- Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
- Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
- Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions. Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
- Support ISV sales and solutioning teams in developing and implementing strategic plans that outline goals, timelines, and success metrics for ISV partnerships, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on priorities.
- Track and analyze the performance of ISV partnerships, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and partner with functional owners to implement necessary changes to enhance partner and customer experiences
- Collaborate with key organizational functions, including sales, marketing, client onboarding, client service, product, and technology, to ensure a unified approach in delivering embedded payment solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience within healthcare revenue cycle, financial services, banking and treasury experience or a combination of these areas.
- Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence internal partners, external partners, and clients - leading stakeholders to a common goal
- Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing environment.
- Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across a multitude of scenarios
- Ability to quickly learn and understand J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments commercial receivables products and articulate best practices to maximize the value of our solutions
- Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and healthcare industry trends
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products
- Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
- Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and healthcare industry trends
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand multiple system integrations
