We offer an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our consumer branch network.  The Branch Network Optimization team supports and executes all real estate transactions across our network of 5,000 branches.

In this role as the Real Estate Transaction Analyst, you will support the Branch Network Optimization team and the regional manager through the project planning and execution process, overseeing the tracking and reporting of key project milestones.  Your role is crucial in moving deals to execution, ensuring all processes are streamline and efficient.

As a Real Estate Transaction Analyst in the Branch Network Optimization team, you will participate in regular construction tracking calls, own key construction milestone dates, and monitor current issues/concerns, including troubleshooting and proposing solutions to keep real estate transactions on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities will include project milestone tracking and reporting, project creation, and status updates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assign lease renewals to partner teams and collaborative partnership on strategies for execution
  • Participate in regular calls with real estate team, vendor partners, and internal partners
  • Track updates and input into Spotlight system
  • Track and document submission to Lease Administration
  • Support real estate transaction processes, including titles, surveys, wire transfers, and closings.
  • Oversee contract and lease summary signings, ensuring critical dates are tracked.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe and TEAMS.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • Experience in commercial real estate and market analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of lease and Letter of Intent language.
