Hardware Development Engineer

Nokia of America Corporation, Hardware Development Engineer (Multiple Positions), Allentown, PA.

• Participate in product validation and test for the company’s GX series networking equipment and XR coherent optical subsystems; 
• Design and develop product manufacturing test software for automated testing; 
• Define and configure required test instrumentation and hardware; 
• Partner with product team in developing test solutions; 
• Develop and support automated manufacturing test infrastructure; 
• Partner with engineering staff to define and implement detailed testability requirements; and Help drive end to end test yield improvements and test time reduction efforts. #LI-DNI

Must have a Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Information Systems Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Software programming; 
• Object-oriented programming and data structures; 
• SQL querying and knowledge of database structure; 
• DevOps Frameworks (.NET framework or Azure DevOps); 
• Software debugging using Visual Studio IDE.
