  • Assist in day-to-day management of diverse projects across multiple phases and sectors.
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, enhancing overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, summarizing status, challenges, and next steps for stakeholders and team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, create agendas, document outcomes, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Support project scheduling by helping to allocate resources and manage dependencies for seamless project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor risks and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Gain hands-on experience with best practices, enhancing your confidence and capability in project management. 

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
