Job Title: Telecommunications Engineering Intern

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Duration: 2 years

Education Recommendations: Currently pursuing an Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering bachelor's degree.

Our inclusive culture prioritizes growth, teamwork, and mutual respect, making every contribution count.  In this role, you'll leverage open communication and agile collaboration to drive LTE and 5G network optimization, ensuring top-notch coverage and quality. Collaborate with experienced engineers while participating in vendor transitions and technology upgrades. 

• Participate in radio network planning and optimization projects, including technology upgrades and vendor transitions (e.g., Ericsson to Nokia).
• Investigate cell/site integration, ensuring coverage, capacity, and quality are preserved or improved.
• Help verify parameter settings for the network.
• Monitor KPIs and network performance.
• Generate technical documentation and reports on progress and site acceptance, challenges, and solutions.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Understanding of 5G and LTE architecture.
• High interested in new technologies, telecommunications, and are eager to share creativity.
• Strong analytical skills and eager to find innovative/disruptive solutions to problems.
• Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience with TCP packet analysis using Wireshark or similar tools.
• Experience working on any tech company.
• Additional experience on project automation/AI.
