I. Job Summary
The Reporting Senior Application Analyst is responsible to bridge business needs and technical solutions by delivering accurate reporting and analytics. As a senior application analyst, responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders, internal and digital teams to conduct testing, validate reports, and ensure data accuracy and usability. Continuously evaluates and improves analytics workflows and reporting processes to maximize business value. Efficiently oversee reporting systems, swiftly address issues, and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reporting, analytics, and application solutions.
- Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, usability, and reliability of reports.
- Ensure adherence to reporting standards, policies, and best practices and support audit.
- Recommend improvements to reporting systems, analytics tools, and business processes to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, developers and Digital teams to optimize reporting applications and workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes, system configurations, and analytics solutions. Support the creation of change impact materials (job aids, training, FAQs, communications, etc.)
- Subject Matter Expert for assigned functions and collaborate with various internal Finance groups to learn business processes
- Supports the coordination and execution of system and acceptance testing. Provides support with required screen shots and system steps for testing and change management. Supports User Acceptance testing by developing test scenarios/cases and ensuring testers have necessary information and access for testing.
- Assists with special projects within assigned department or as part of cross-functional teams as required or assigned.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.

- Basic BI skill set with DAX, Power Query and sql queries.
- Proven Implementation of Value Adding Data Visualization Design and Best Practices.

- Normal setting for this job is: office setting.
- Must be available to work standard business hours, as well as be available to work non-standard hours in case of emergency (natural disasters, power outages, etc.). May need to attend after hours calls with the offshore team.
