This position plays a key role in member/client service and meeting regulatory standards from a compliance perspective.  This position coordinates all prior authorization and appeals request while also serving as the Alluma liaison with customer service and pharmacy partners.  Utilizes appropriate sources of information needed to make timely and accurate prior authorization and appeal determinations. Responds to verbal and/or written inquiries from internal or external customers while applying high levels of customer service principals. Identifies possible trends causing processing delays; collaborates with affected individuals to implement long-term solutions. Other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Or

  • Associate’s degree AND 2 years of experience

Or

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience
