Citizens is seeking a Communications Partner responsible for the creation of quality communications for the Contact Center business line. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in developing and executing recognition programs that celebrate our colleagues, foster a positive work environment and enhance colleague engagement.


What You’ll Do:
• Develop written communications for colleagues across the Contact Center, onshore and off. Communications will include both operational updates (policy changes, incident notifications) as well as cultural topics (colleague spotlights and recognition).
• Present written materials in a variety of formats, including e-mail, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Create visually engaging content, including banners, newsletters, and announcements, using SharePoint and other Microsoft tools.
• Develop and support the implementation of colleague engagement initiatives, impacting over 1,000 colleagues in multiple geographic locations.
• Use surveys and other feedback mechanisms to create a data-driven understanding of colleague experience.
 

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • • Strong written and oral communication skills capable of handling writing assignments with minimal direction or supervision.
  • • Comfortable seeking out information to tell complete and informative stories via group settings and individual interviews.
  • • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to focus on multiple deliverables and deadlines at once.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative engagement ideas.
  • • Comfortable using a variety of communications and design tools (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms, Excel and SharePoint)
  • • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps and PowerAutomate) a plus.
