ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will help shape impactful digital health solutions, improving experiences for users with chronic skin conditions. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment, influencing both mobile and web applications while experimenting with new technologies and workflows. This role offers professional growth, autonomy, and the chance to make meaningful contributions that directly affect product success and user satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the Mobile App using IOS and Android mobile App (react-native, redux, expo, react-navigation);
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the Care Portal, a web app (material-ui, express, redux, react, sass);
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the enrollment funnel;
- Handle production deployments (for domestic resources);
- Provide additional development capacity and help reduce single points of failure (for near-shore consultants).
MUST HAVES
- 4+ years of professional working with React-Native, MongoDB (NoSQL database experience), Node.js and AWS (cloud experience: Lambda, API Gateway, Cloudwatch, WAF, ALB, ECS, ECR, Codebuild, Codepipeline);
- Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Autonomy and senior-level experience: Ability to solve complex problems independently, as the client has no bandwidth for ramp-up;
- A passion for delightful user experiences;
- A deep sense of quality and attention to detail;
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working with TypeScript;
- Familiarity with Bluetooth integration;
- Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD tooling;
- Leverage the use of AI for faster development;
- Experience integrating external APIs (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.);
- You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, & highly-performant code;
- You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems;
- You have experience working in an Agile environment;
- You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room;
- You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve.
