Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the Business Development Unit, within Enterprise Services, as a Program Consultant on a 1-year opportunity with possibility of extension. The Business Development Unit provides support to enhance operational readiness and service delivery in Oracle Fusion. The team works closely with other areas of Service New Brunswick and GNB Departments involved with a transformational change initiative.

What will you be doing?
As a member of the Business Development Unit, you will be responsible to work with clients to foster operational readiness as they prepare for the change. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading internal stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Liaising with partners, at ERP, leading the broader change initiative.
- Developing and administering surveys with stakeholders to monitor change readiness.
- Producing communications products (e.g. memos, info-graphs, presentations).
- Supporting internal change activities by providing advice and recommendations.
- Facilitating stakeholder sessions using a variety of facilitation techniques.
- Working with stakeholders to create or update Standard Operating Procedures for internal business processes.
What do you need to be successful?
Essential Qualifications:
University degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of four (4) years of related work experience. Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered, or the required years of experience may be increased.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Advanced level is required in both languages. Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration. What qualifications can set you apart from other candidates?
Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate:
- Training or certification in professional facilitation.
- Training or certification in change management.
- Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Experience working in government.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The following operational requirement(s) is also required:
- Some weekday evenings and weekend work hours may be required.

Salary: Pay Band 5 - $65,936 - $92,092
