Our Fortune 500 Medical Device client has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager III.
Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing and supporting project management processes. Candidate will establish and maintain project performance metrics and measure and promote adoption and continuous improvement of standard project management practices. Supports project planning sessions, works with project teams to set-up and initiate new projects, and ensures post-project reviews are completed in a timely manner. Involved in portfolio and project status reporting. Implements and supports the use of project management and team collaboration technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying resources required for project activities and forming teams to complete the activities
• Building team commitment and ownership of project plans
• Timely execution of projects
• Developing and monitoring project scope, timeline, budgets and spending
• Communication of priorities, risks and status to leadership team
• Providing input to functional managers on team/team member performance
• Fostering a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements)
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications:
• 3 - 7 Years with bachelor's degree or 2 - 5 Years with MBA
• Ability to capture activities from across functional teams, create cohesive strategies and drive execution to ensure timely project completion
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Proactive engagement with teams and leadership
• Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple ongoing projects/tasks
• Capability to take undefined assignments and create executable plans
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to achieve buy-in, and ask the right question at the right time
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Medical Device experience
Science or engineering degree
Other Details:
• Schedule: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Work Setup: Onsite – Arden Hills, MN
• Contract Length: 12 Months (10/20/2025 - 10/20/2026) with possible conversion to full-time employee
