Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a balanced workload of 50% administrative tasks including general office support, coordination, and operational assistance
  • Handle 50% basic accounting functions with primary focus on accurate data entry and financial record maintenance
  • Enter supplier invoices into the company’s accounting system
  • Post and approve incoming rent payments and collections
  • Work with customized Salesforce platform configurations and learn company-specific processes through comprehensive training
  • Process and manage sensitive company information while maintaining strict confidentiality and security protocols
  • Participate in interactive video-based training sessions to master company systems and procedures
  • Communicate effectively in both French and English to support bilingual business operations
  • Assist with operational tasks to improve team efficiency
  • Provide reliable daily support across administrative and financial functions to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English with strong bilingual communication skills (essential requirement)
  • Proven experience with basic accounting principles and accurate data entry capabilities
  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes
  • Proficiency with administrative software platforms and general office applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Comfortable with video-based training platforms and remote communication tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
