Responsibilities

• Vendor Management - Manage 3rd party vendors and implement non-code updates to optimize e-commerce processes.
• Site Content Updates - Create and update landing pages, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Execute content changes aimed at improving conversion rates and user engagement.
• Competitive Research - Conduct thorough research on competitors to identify trends,opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Proven experience working with Shopify, including Shopify Blocks.
• Strong CMS experience (Dato CMS knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional, multi-national team across different time zones.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in sustainable or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce optimization tools and strategies.
