Description

The Technical Business Analyst helps connect business teams with technical teams to make sure data and system needs are clearly understood. This role supports projects by gathering requirements, understanding business processes, and helping teams find the right solutions. The analyst also helps review and test the results to make sure they meet business goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Technical BA requirements (should be able to gather requirements from business users, Excellent communication skills, Good documentation skills) main focus is on having experience with the below mentioned skill set.
Medicare or Healthcare knowledge is a plus
Creating prototypes and wireframes using tools
MS Access knowledge
VBA knowledge
General DB knowledge
Excel
SQL or similar DB skills
Individual should be able to query data join tables work with various views created by Dev
Read existing mapping documents and identify the tables.
Individual should be able to pull data and provide samples set of data.
Should be able to make Data driven decisions.
Help to define test scenarios.
Must be familiar with tools like Jira Confluence or similar.
Should be able to build relationships between stories epics as needed.
Some level of data migration experience is a plus
