How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Process claims accurately and efficiently for various behavioral health services
• Review rejected claims and submit appeals as necessary
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate relevant information with clients and teammates
• Obtain authorizations from insurance payors for needed treatment services

What You Must Possess

• BPO experience (at least six months)
• Medical billing and insurance verification experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude toward work
• Being a team player

• HMO coverage starts upon regularization. First dependent after 1 year, second after 2 years. Additional dependents can be added anytime at employees expense
