The Role…
Join Hearst in shaping unforgettable experiences. As our Events Space Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll take the lead in running the day-to-day operations of Hearst’s in-house event space - the stage for a vibrant mix of internal and external events based at House of Hearst in Central London.
From the first enquiry to the final wrap-up, you’ll be at the heart of delivering seamless, memorable events. You’ll oversee bookings, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

Main Duties...
Bookings & Client Management
- Keep all marketing and FAQ materials updated
- Respond to enquiries, manage the event calendar and confirm bookings
- Liaise with stakeholders to confirm set-up requirements
- Manage invoicing
Event Management
- Arrange and conduct client site visits.
- Act as the main point of contact for event leads throughout the planning process.
- Support with event delivery
- Oversee setup and breakdown of events
Facilities Management
- Coordinate AV, catering, cleaning, and security support.
- Manage inventory and storage of event supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the space is returned to an acceptable condition post-event.
What We Are Looking For…
- Proven experience in events operations, hospitality or venue management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Very proactive and solutions oriented.
- Flexible and able to adapt to fast-paced, changing requirements.
- Professional, approachable, and client focused.
- Some evening work will be required.
