In this role you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Delivery teams and local stakeholders to define, refine and deliver the requirements that will enable us to grow into the DACH region. You’ll be hands on in understanding how European travel markets operate, connecting the dots between business goals, technology, and customer needs.

You’ll lead on gathering and managing requirements across a range of projects, from package holiday systems to integrations with travel agent technology platforms, ensuring we’re clear on what needs to happen, why it matters, and how it will work in practice.

What You’Ll Do:

> Work with Product Owners and Delivery teams to test assumptions, run POCs, and validate solutions with European travel agents and tour operators.
> Support the implementation of dynamic packaging technologies and holiday systems for the European market.
> Map current and target processes, identify gaps, and define practical, measurable solutions that balance business strategy, customer needs and regulatory requirements.
> Build strong relationships with stakeholders including local partners and senior leaders.

What you’ll bring to the team:

> Proven Business Analyst experience in digital or travel environments.
> Technical knowledge of European market package holiday / dynamic packaging solutions
> Exposure to European travel agent technology solutions, and a track record of working directly with travel agents and tour operators.
> Experience running POCs to test and validate solutions.
> Strong analysis skills, able to cut through complexity, get to the root of problems, and document clear, useful requirements.
> Knowledge of how websites and CMS platforms connect, and how digital experiences are built and maintained.
> Collaborative, thoughtful, proactive, and comfortable engaging with delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
> Travel industry experience is highly desirable, especially within the holidays or tour operating sector.
