We are shaping the future of urban mobility, and we need a data driven Operations Associate to join our team in Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll drive operational excellence and contribute to the success in the Norwegian market. As an Operations Associate, you'll conduct data-driven analysis, identify areas for improvement, and manage projects across your assigned region. You’ll be responsible for optimising our operational processes, collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and drive performance in a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large data sets to track KPIs, identify deviations, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Monitor city operations (parking spots, drop nodes) to ensure smooth rider experiences.
- Build business cases for operational improvements that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and rider satisfaction.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by providing data-driven insights and performance follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams and fleet partners to maintain high service standards and compliance.
What You Need To Embark
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in operations, strategy or consulting, preferably in a fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in G-Suite. Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or PowerBI is a plus
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Norwegian is meritorious.
