Onsite at Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, IN. 2-week rotating schedule: 6a-6p x3 days, 1 half shift (6a-12p or 12p-6a, alternating weeks.)

This position is responsible for the delivery of customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, in-room registration, insurance verification, release of information and customer service. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient identity
  • Enter accurate demographic and insurance data 
  • Obtain required forms such as consents and Medicare forms as needed
  • Provide compassionate customer service in high-stress situations.

Requirements:

  • •At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.

  • • Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • • Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
