Duties And Responsibilities

As Residences Liaison Officer, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient coordination to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. 

 The duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist the Director of Residences in preparing newsletters, updates, and notices for homeowners.
  • Maintain accurate homeowner contact lists, preferences, and communication records.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and HOA/committee documentation.
  • Track and compile owner feedback from surveys, calls, and meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for owner events, wellness activities, sustainability workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Support in designing and distributing event invitations, calendars, and post-event communications.
  • Assist in fostering connections between owners, creating a strong sense of community and belonging.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new owners (welcome packs, guides, contact points).
  • Ensure all communications reflect Six Senses tone of voice and brand values.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Residences on initiatives that enhance owner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Review regularly all areas of residences to ensure adherence to LQA standards.
  • Act as an administrative bridge between the Director of Residences, hotel teams, and developers when preparing owner communications.
  • Follow up on action items from HOA meetings, owner feedback, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all residences communications and initiatives.
  • Support the Chief Concierge and focus on the rejuvenation of the residential experience. 
  • Provide coverage for the Residences Concierge Supervisor during vacations or as required, ensuring continuity of service and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Track homeowner payments related to dues, fees, or special assessments (in coordination with finance).
  • Prepare simple summaries or reminders for owners regarding financial responsibilities

Skills And Experience

  • To execute the position of Residences Liaison Officer, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results.
  • Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management, along with at least three years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality operational role.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and communication drafting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Outlook, digital communication platforms, and various hotel systems including PMS platforms and Residential Portals. 
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
