Corporate Security Analyst

Supports the organization’s physical security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity programs through data analysis, system administration, and operational support. This position is responsible for managing security technology platforms, monitoring, and analyzing various data points and incident trends, and supporting the administration of the company’s emergency notification system (ENS). Travel security duties will include tracking and monitoring various sources to analyze potential threats and determine appropriate actions to keep employees safe. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical ability, and operational awareness to help ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

• Serve as system administrator for the Everbridge Mass Notification platform, ensuring accurate contact database integration from Oracle and other sources.
• Develop and distribute emergency messages in accordance with company policies and chain of command.
• Train backup administrators and end users on ENS functionality.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing incident reports, access control data, and parking utilization trends to identify security gaps.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Assist in the management and configuration of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of business continuity and emergency response plans.
• Participate in drills, tabletop exercises, and after-action reviews to evaluate and improve readiness.
• Partner with Facilities, HR, IT, and Legal on security-related projects and initiatives.
• Participate in investigations, audits, and compliance reviews. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate security, SOC operations, or related role.
• Experience with security systems and ENS platforms, preferably Everbridge. 
• CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) – ASIS International preferred. 
• Everbridge Administrator certification preferred.
• Proficiency in security technology platforms: Access control (ACM preferred), Video management (Avigilon preferred), Emergency notification (Everbridge or equivalent).
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.  

Departmental Preferences:

• 3-5 years of budgeting experience.
