Job Title: Campus Security Officer

Location: New Windsor, NY

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Campus Security Officer to join our team. The officer will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can remain alert, approachable, and dependable while ensuring safety across campus.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor school grounds, entrances, and facilities.
• Enforce campus policies and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Assist students, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Collaborate with school administration and staff to support a secure learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1–2 years of prior security experience (required).
• At least 1 year of experience working on a school or campus environment (preferred).
• Valid NYS Security Guard License (required).
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Must be able to reliably commute to New Windsor, NY.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time and/or part-time opportunities may be available.
• $25.05/hourly rate with a weekly pay schedule
